Refunds and cancellation
Cancel easily. Ask for help when something is wrong.
This policy explains how to stop future subscription charges and when we will review a problem with a first purchase.
Effective July 27, 2026Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future charges, and your access remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
First-purchase problems
If a Redbyte product does not work as described, contact us within seven days of your first purchase. We will help troubleshoot the problem or review a refund request.
Include the email used at checkout and a short explanation of the problem. Do not send a password, payment card number, or license key in an ordinary support email.
Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
How a review works
We may ask for non-sensitive diagnostic details so we can understand whether the product is behaving as described. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund, but we will review eligible first-purchase problems in good faith.
